Data protection
Registration of your personal data is always handled correctly by Nail4you in accordance with ethically approved standards. Scor Aps has been approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency. We consider your personal data as a matter of confidence.
At Nail4you we do not pass personal information on to 3rd parties. Therefore there is no risk to you of our selling information or using it for purposes other than making the delivery to you. When you are going to make an order there are a number of details you must provide, namely your name, address, telephone number e-mail address.
This information is used only for delivery of the order. The information is retained for accounting purposes. If you pay with Dankort or another type of credit card at Nail4you, your data is protected by a security system called SSL. This means your data is encrypted and cannot fall into the hands of unauthorized persons. Nail4you does not retain customers' Dankort details, but simply arranges contact with PBS, which is essential for us to be able to draw the amount which is equivalent to the payment for the stated order and the amount approved by you as the customer.
order and cancellation
It is possible to order online using the order form at Nail4you. Orders may also be placed by telephone on: +45 70223366 every working day between 10.00 and 17.30. If items are ordered cash on delivery Nail4you will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have indicated and will also ring to check the telephone number you have stated. Please retain this in case you need to contact us at a later date. If you are paying by Dankort, other credit cards or another form of advance payment the order will be dispatched once the payment has been recorded at Nail4you.
As far as possible Nail4you will dispatch orders the same day, or within 1-2 days. Therefore we would request that any cancellation is made as soon as possible to avoid finding that the items have already been dispatched.
We shall endeavour to dispatch all orders made at Nail4you before 12.00 on a working day, on the same day. You may still manage to cancel, if you ring before noon on +45 70223366. An order may also be cancelled by sending an email to info@nail4you.co.uk
It would help the processing of the cancellation if you could give us your order number. You can obtain the order number from the e-mail you receive immediately after making the order.
Payment options
There are a number of different ways to pay at Nail4you. This means you can choose the form of payment which suits you best. The different forms of payment involve different carriage/administration costs.
Payment via Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, e-Dankort, Diners, American Express, JCB and VISA Elektron
Paying by these cards online is a fast and secure way to pay for your items. The Danish system for credit card payment is one of the best in the world. A charge is collected when payment is made by credit card. This charge is normally passed on to the consignment, but at Nail4you we pay this charge.
Cash on delivery
By choosing to pay by cash on delivery you defer the actual payment until the items arrive. It is however more expensive to send Cash on delivery packages than standard packages. In addition the post office makes a charge of kr. 11.- on the payment. All things considered, items purchased cash on delivery are therefore more expensive overall than if paid for in advance.

Change of mind & right to change your mind
If you have changed your mind about the purchase within 14 days and want to return a product, you just have to send it to:

You must also enclose information to enable us to identify you. This means you must remember to state your name, address and telephone number. If you have kept the invoice please send a copy of that as well. Finally you must remember to state your account and registration number for the bank so we can transfer the funds to you.
If you change your mind, the items must be returned in the undamaged original packaging. If the packaging is damaged we may deduct up to 50 % of the items' value. Therefore please ensure that they are returned with due care. When you have returned items to Nail4you we will credit them and pay the funds to your account no later than 8 days after receipt.
Note: If you have previously refused to take receipt of a cash on delivery package you will not be able to purchase by cash on delivery at Nail4you in future.
Carriage prices
Cash on delivery is the most expensive form of shipment. Dankort and other credit cards give the lowest dispatch price.
Guarantee
All products / items sold via our online shop are sold in accordance with current Danish Law. The Danish Sale of Goods Act § 83 guarantees the consumer a 2 year guarantee on all products. All businesses, including internet shops must therefore give customers a 2 year guarantee on products sold.
Order confirmation
When you have ordered items at Nail4you you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This is your proof that we have registered your order, and our acceptance of the fact that we have entered into a contract to supply items to you. You must ensure that you have entered the correct email address in order to receive this confirmation.
The order confirmation contains information about your choice of payment method, the items you have ordered and the total price including shipment costs.
VAT exempt
We do not send items for export. This means that all orders are sent / paid for inclusive of Danish VAT, for which you can apply for a refund in your own country, by applying to told og skat (Tax Administration) with your invoice.
Prices
All prices at Nail4you are inclusive of 25 % VAT. The administration and shipment costs depend on way you want to pay and will be stated when the form of payment is selected.
Complaint
If a product you have purchased through Nail4you is defective you may return it to us within 2 years from when you received it and get a replacement:

You must send the items to us within a 'reasonable time'. It will be best for both you and us to have a defective product changed as quickly as possible.
The guarantee covers all faults which can be attributed to product defects or defects arising from NORMAL use of the product. This obviously does not cover normal wear and tear, unsuitable use of the items, etc. and not damage which falls under insurance etc.

liability for the items purchased at Nail4you is transferred to you as consumer at time of delivery.
Reservation is made for defects, outgoing and out of stock items.
